Boil lapsi for 5 minutes and strain it in strainer. Remove excess water.
Take cauliflower, carrots, add cabbage in a bowl, add some salt and keep aside for 10 minutes. Strain well for remove water.
Add lapsi (broken wheat). Add 3 to 4 tsp of cornflower to this mixture. Add 2 pinch salt, 3 pinch of seasoning powder and white pepper powder. Make small balls and deep fry it in medium hot oil till crisp. Remove on a plate.
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan on high flame. Sauté ginger, garlic, chopped onions and green chilies. Add the sauces, seasoning powder.
Add deep fried balls. Add 1 tsp corn flour (mixed in 3 – 4 tsp of water). Add spring onion. serve hot topped with steamed corn kernels.
