तुम्ही स्वतः काढलेला तुमच्या घरातील/अन्य कोणताही गणपती बाप्पाचा सुंदर फोटो या स्पर्धेसाठी ग्राह्य धरला जाईल.
गणपती बाप्पाचा काढलेला फोटो तुमचे नाव, इमेल, DOB, संपर्क क्र. व संपूर्ण पत्त्यासह 'UPLOAD PHOTO' टॅबमध्ये किंवा पुढील लिंकवर अपलोड करु शकता - https://www.kalnirnay.com/contest/?contest=upload-photo
फोटो अपलोड अपलोड केल्यानंतर कालनिर्णयच्या वेबसाईटवर तुमचे अकाऊंट तयार होईल. अकाऊंट माहिती (username and password) तसेच फोटो अपलोड झाल्याचा इमेल तुम्हाला तुम्ही दिलेल्या इमेल आयडीवर प्राप्त होईल.
फोटो अपलोड झाला असल्यास तुम्ही तुमच्या गणपती बाप्पाचा फोटो GALLERY व लॉगिन केल्यास YOUR IMAGES टॅबमध्ये पाहू शकाल.
तुम्ही अपलोड केलेल्या फोटो खालीच असणाऱ्या विविध सोशल मिडीया आयकॉन्सच्या माध्यमातून तुम्ही फोटोची लिंक मित्रपरिवारासोबत/सोशल मिडियावर व्होट्ससाठी शेअर करु शकता.
शनिवार,दि. २२ सप्टेंबर २०१८ ही स्पर्धेत सहभागी होण्याची अंतिम तारीख असून त्यानंतर येणाऱ्या प्रवेशिका स्पर्धेत सहभागी करुन घेतल्या जाणार नाहीत.
रविवार, दि.२३ सप्टेंबर २०१८ पर्यंत वेबसाईटवर 'सर्वाधिक व्होट्स' मिळविणाऱ्या फोटोजमधून स्पर्धेचे अंतिम विजेते घोषित केले जातील.

महत्त्वाची सूचना

कालनिर्णय मंगलमूर्ती स्पर्धेत सार्वजनिक गणेशोत्सव मंडळांना किंवा त्यांच्या वतीने कोणत्याही प्रतिनिधींना सहभागी होता येणार नाही.
घरगुती गणपतींसाठी - एकाच कुटुंबातील एकाच गणपतीचे फोटो एकपेक्षा जास्त कुटुंब सदस्य अपलोड करु शकत नाहीत. तसे आढळल्यास स्पर्धेच्या कोणत्याही टप्प्यावर स्पर्धकांस बाद करण्याचा अधिकार कालनिर्णयकडे असेल.
एक स्पर्धक किंवा कुटुंब गणपतीचा एकच फोटो अपलोड करु शकतो.
एकाच व्यक्तीने विविध इमेल आयडी/नावे,टोपणनाव वापरुन एक किंवा विविध फोटो अपलोड केलेले आढळल्यास स्पर्धेच्या कोणत्याही टप्प्यावर स्पर्धकांस बाद करण्याचा अधिकार कालनिर्णयकडे असेल.
स्पर्धकाने स्वत:ची चुकीची अथवा बनावट, खोटी माहिती दिलेली आढळल्यास स्पर्धेच्या कोणत्याही टप्प्यावर स्पर्धकांस बाद करण्याचा अधिकार कालनिर्णयकडे असेल.
कोणत्याही अवैध मार्गाने गणपतीच्या फोटोसाठी व्होटिंग होत असलेली आढळल्यास स्पर्धेच्या कोणत्याही टप्प्यावर स्पर्धकांस बाद करण्याचा अधिकार कालनिर्णयकडे असेल.
घरगुती गणपती व फोटोग्राफर असे दोन विभाग(categories)केवळ फोटोंमधील वेगळेपणा दर्शविण्यासाठी केलेले असून त्यांचा स्पर्धेशी काही संबंध नसेल.

Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN the “MANGALMURTI CONTEST” .
The “MANGALMURTI CONTEST” is sponsored KALNIRNAY. This contest is governed by these (“Terms & Conditions”). By participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Contest are final in all respects. The contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open for online submissions only for Indian Residents only.
This Contest is not open for Sarvajanik Ganesh Mandals. Any photographs uploaded by any Sarvajanik Ganesh Mandals or their representative will be disqualified.
Submissions opens from 13th September 2018 and lasts till 22nd September 2018. Submissions will not be accepted once the deadline lapses.
Household Ganpapti will be considered as one Contestant. Every Contestant participating shall upload only one photograph. At any stage of the Contest if more than one photograph is shared by any Contestant, the same will be disqualified.
If a Contestant uploads same/different Photographs using different names,nicknames or email ids, the same will be disqualified at any stage of the Competition.
Photo once uploaded cannot be changed.
Photographs must have been shot in August-September 2018 only.
OWNERSHIP: The Photograph must be original. The Contestant must be the sole owner of the photograph entered. By entering the contest, the Contestant certifies that the entries do not infringe on the copyright, trademark or intellectual property rights of any other person or organization.
Basic editing, including colour enhancement, the use of filters, and cropping of the Photo(s) is acceptable, provided any such editing does not affect the authenticity and/or genuineness of the Photo(s).
Advanced editing used to create illusions, deceptions and/or manipulations, and the adding and removing of significant elements within the frame is prohibited.

HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST

WINNER SELECTION

The Winners will be selected based on maximum votes received on their photograph uploaded on our Website.
Instructions for the prize will be given to the Winners on their registered email address provided by them. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by KALNIRNAY Team within seven (7) days, using the contact information provided on the Website, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize.

PRIZES:

Third Prize: Rs. 1,000/- Amazon Gift card + Certificate
Consolation: 5 Prizes + Certificate

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS:
The prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. KALNIRANY, its parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the MANGALMURTI CONTEST, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting or these Terms & Conditions, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this MANGALMURTI CONTEST is unlawful and subject to a possible legal action by KALNIRNAY. KALNIRANY reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the MANGALMURTI CONTEST, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if KALNIRANY determines that the MANGALMURTI CONTEST cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond KALNIRANY control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the MANGALMURTI CONTEST. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, KALNIRNAY reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.
KALNIRNAY reserves the right to make any changes in the Contest without prior information.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering the MANGALMURTI CONTEST, each entrant agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless KALNIRNAY its parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, administrator, advertising and promotional agencies, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any liability, damages, losses or injury resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from that entrant’s participation in the MANGALMURTI Contest and the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize that may be won. KALNIRNAY its parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies does not make any warranties, express or implied, as to the condition, fitness or merchantability of the prize. KALNIRNAY its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from access to or the download of information or materials connected with the sweepstakes.

Images and data submitted can be used, promoted and will remain the property of KALNIRNAY without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.
