Spicy Prawns Curry

Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
Prawns medium size: 250 gms,
Onion: one large ( half
chopped,  half fried for paste),
Coconut (grated): 100 gms, Red chilli powder: 2 tsp, Turmeric powder: 1 tsp, Green chillies: 3-4,
Ginger: 1 inch,
Tamarind pulp: 1tbsp,
Fresh coriander (chopped): 2 tsp, Oil: about 1-2 tbsp.
Salt to taste

Method:

Clean and wash prawns. Marinate it with salt. Heat oil in a pan. Add 1/2 chopped onion and sauté till it turns transparent. Add marinated prawns and sauté. Add two cups of water in it and bring to a boil. Meanwhile make paste of coconut, red chilli powder, haldi powder, tamarind pulp, ginger, green chillies, 1/2 onion with some water. Add this paste with salt in the pan, stir well. Boil it till the prawns are done. While serving garnish with coriander leaves.
